The strange thing is that I don't know how it got there and my device isn't plugged into an ethernet connector.
So I'm connected to my home network with no problems but I'm also connected to an Ethernet network called Npcap loopback Adapter. So I opened my windows 10 laptop this morning and noticed that it had a hard time connecting to the steam cloud and the overall internet speed was slower than usual.
